Oh, and there’s no plastic parts inside the container, it’s all stainless steel – so your water is not in contact with any plastic, and outside plastic parts are all BPA-free.

And when you find the right temperature, you simply press the knob and the kettle starts boiling.

This IS one of the most expensive electric kettles on Amazon, but in return you get a beautiful design from inside and out.

All you need to know: The Stagg EKG is made by the company called Fellow Industries Inc, and it’s not your ordinary electric kettle. It’s designed a certain way to add style to your kitchen, and it suits your modern interior very well. Everything from the square base to the handle has been though through to make it stand out, and there’s no cheap plastic feeling anywhere.

The exterior is of metal, but so is the interior of the kettle. You have a display built into the base as well as a rotary know, so you can adjust the temperature exactly how you like it. The display also show the actual temperature of the water inside the kettle, so you can always see how warm it is and how fast it goes.

There’s no double wall insulation, but the handle does not get hot and is placed in proper distance to the kettle.

It holds up to 0.9 liters of water at a time, which makes for 3-4 cups of coffee or tea.

What we like: KitchenAid is a well known brand, and this electric kettle is one of the best ones in a classic design. It looks exactly like that stovetop kettle your grandparents had in their kitchen, but this one is electric and therefore easier and safer to use. It is made from stainless steel on the inside and outside, so the boiling water doesn’t get in touch with any plastic parts. You can even take out the filter if you don’t want your water to run through the small plastic frame on there.

All in all, a great kettle with a beautiful design.

The handle is made of aluminium which is clever, because aluminium doesn’t conduct heat like steel does, so it remains cold while the kettle gets hot. There’s no double insulated walls, but it isn’t really a big deal because the handle is large enough to make sure your hands aren’t going anywhere near the kettle while handling it.

What we like: This electric kettle is one of the best options for RV’s, boats, and small kitchens.
